A corner shop, imagined
Namaste Indian Supermarket is a demo storefront built to show how a neighbourhood Indian grocer could sell online: the spice wall up front, sacks of basmati stacked by the till, a cold case of paneer and dahi, and a mithai counter that empties by Sunday afternoon.
The spice bench
Garam masala, chai masala and sambar podi are roasted and ground in small batches every Friday, so nothing sits long enough to go dull.
Produce twice a week
Bhindi, karela, curry leaves and green chillies arrive Tuesday and Friday mornings, sold in paper bags by weight.
Dairy pressed daily
Malai paneer is set each morning and dahi is cultured overnight, both from whole milk.
Mithai counter
Gulab jamun, kaju katli and besan ladoo are boxed to order — bigger festival trays with a day's notice.
